Chronic executioner nurture William George Davis, who is presently spending time in jail waiting for capital punishment, killed four patients at a Tyler, Texas, medical clinic somewhere in the range of 2017 and 2018 by infusing air into their blood vessel lines. He was caught on observation going into the casualties’ room minutes before their circumstances deteriorated.
